Budgets now support up to 5 year periods

Budgets created in Procurify can now run for up to 5 years, up from the previous 2-year maximum. Long-running budgets, like multi-year grants or capital projects, no longer need to be split into separate budgets.

No setup or migration is needed. Create or edit a budget as usual and choose an end date up to 5 years out.
