Optional monthly billing for Bill Pay fees

You can now choose to have your Bill Pay transaction fees charged separately each month.

Previously, transaction fees were added to each vendor payment. For example, a $50 ACH payment would show as a $50.50 debit from your bank account. With monthly billing your transaction fees are collected separately in one monthly charge.

If you choose monthly billing

  • Fees are billed monthly: Your previous month’s transaction fees are charged together on the 10th of the following month, or the next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend or bank holiday.
  • Easier reconciliation: Your bank payments match the amounts on your bills.
  • Clear fee breakdown: See your monthly transaction fees in your Procurify Financial Account statement.

Transaction fees remain $0.50 per ACH and $2.00 per check.

This is an optional billing setup. If you’d like to switch to monthly billing, contact your Procurify Account Manager.
