Spend Insights improvements: custom fields, your labels and a new look

Two highly requested Spend Insights improvements are now live.

Your organization’s custom fields now appear across your purchasing, receiving, and accounts payable visualizations. Drill into them, view them in a new table, or ask Spend Analyst to filter and analyze them. If you track spend by fields like project code or cost center, you can answer those questions in Spend Insights instead of exporting to a spreadsheet.

Department and location also carry whatever names you gave them in Procurify, so your dashboards match your own terminology. For example, if you call them “division” and “branch,” that’s what your dashboards show.

Spend Insights has a new look, too. As part of our rebrand this summer, we’ve updated the data-visualization colors along with the logo, font, and backgrounds. Your existing setup remains the same, and your data is untouched.
