You can now upload invoices directly into Procurify and let AI handle the initial data entry, alongside your existing option to forward invoices to your AP inbox.

What’s new:

  • AI-powered bill creation: Upload up to 10 invoices at a time (PDF, PNG, or JPG), and AI extracts the vendor, invoice number, invoice date, due date, line items, and invoice total to create draft bills.
  • Progress you can track: Monitor each file in the Draft progress panel. Completed bills appear in your Draft list as they’re ready.
  • Easy retries: If a file can’t be read, retry it directly from the progress panel without uploading it again.
  • Review before submitting: All AI-drafted bills are saved as drafts, so your team can review the details before submitting them for approval.

This is the same AI technology that processes invoices sent to your AP inbox. Now, you have another way to get invoice data into Procurify, alongside your existing option to forward invoices to your AP inbox.

Agentic upload is rolling out gradually and will be available to all AP customers by the end of October. If you don’t see it in your account yet, it should be available soon.
