Budget spend tracking and spend status filter now available in Spend Insights

A new Budget vs. Actual Spend dashboard is now available inside Spend Insights, giving budget owners a clear view of where they stand without pulling data into another tool.

The dashboard shows committed spend side by side with allocated budgets, broken down by department and account code. From there, you can drill into the orders and expenses behind any number to see exactly what is driving a variance, all in real time alongside your purchasing, expense, and AP data.

We have also added a new filter that allows users to filter spend by approval stages: approved, paid, and payment confirmed. Available across all spend dashboards, this functionality allows for better customization around KPI tracking preferences.
