Redesigned permissions for enhanced user management and visibility

We’re introducing a more transparent way to manage your team’s access in Procurify. You can now see Pro and Basic labels for roles and permissions, giving you real-time visibility into your license usage.

• Role Labeling: Roles in your organization are now clearly labeled as Pro or basic. This status is automatically determined based on the specific permissions assigned to that role.
• Permission Transparency: When creating or editing custom roles, you will now see a label next to every permission indicating if it’s a “Pro” or “Basic” action. This makes it easier to design roles that fit your budget and operational needs.
