We just launched Guided Intake, our first AI agent to support your organization’s intake process. With Guided Intake, you can describe what you need, and it builds a complete, policy-compliant order request using your catalog, spend history, and your organization’s own approval and denial patterns.
Account codes are suggested, compliance signals are surfaced, and the session ends with a pre-filled order ready to submit.
