Easier-to-read text and icons across Procurify

In July, we gave Procurify a fresh new look. Since then, we’ve kept building on it. Our latest improvements to text and icons make Procurify easier to read and faster to scan, especially in tables and line items. We’ve also moved help to the top navigation.

Numbers you can scan and trust
Amounts now line up in table columns, so you can compare figures down a list of bills or orders without losing your place. Characters that looked alike, like 2 and Z, are easier to tell apart, and currency symbols are clearer, so you’re less likely to misread an amount.

Cleaner, more consistent text
We’ve simplified the text styles across Procurify. Small text in tables, tabs, and forms is now crisper, including on lower-resolution screens.

A refreshed set of icons
We’ve moved to a new, widely used icon set that fits our look for the AI era. Every icon now comes from one consistent set, so no more overly detailed icons or a mix of filled and outlined ones. That makes them easier to recognize at a glance.

Same help, new spot
Help is now in the top navigation, so it no longer covers important buttons at the bottom of the page. Click the question mark (?) icon to chat with Support or browse help articles, just like before.

Apart from help’s new spot, nothing about how Procurify works has changed.
